1.3 Drawbacks of Facebook

In 2018 and 2020, a month or two before the election, Facebook decided to take down nearly one thousand accounts. Some of these accounts had been up for years and some had more than a million followers. Millions of anti-war and or pro-Trump supporters were adversely affected. Here are some examples:

01

Antiwar critics of establishment politics @AntiMedia and @TFTPROJECT just had their pages with millions of followers deleted by Facebook, along with hundreds of other alternative media outlets. Latest escalation of corporate censorship used as state censorship.

02

I’ve been memory holed from Facebook! 350k followers poof gone! There is a dangerous precedent being set here where the big tech companies have appointed themselves as the gate keepers of political thought and opinion!

Not all of the accounts with large followings were conservative.  Reverb Press, for example, had over 700,000 followers and constantly attacked President Trump and Republicans, who they referred to as "cheating scumbags."

To understand who is using Facebook to be the “Thought Police”, you only need to look at who is funding Facebook. Facebook is specifically designed as a centralized location to allow the Deep State to easily collect data about US Citizens. The primary funder of Facebook is not advertisers. It is the Deep State.

Any real advertisers should know that a huge amount of Face book traffic is spam, hackers, and fake-bot-profiles. Just search for terms such as "Facebook Fraud" or "Facebook advertising fake clicks" or "Fake Facebook Likes" and you'll see hundreds upon hundreds of first hand accounts of being scammed, ripped off, defrauded, and even hacked.

You'll find reports from Ad agencies about fake likes, and how it can negatively impact your brand. Also you'll find in-depth articles that research fake click like trends. Facebook is basically a spamming platform. There are even books for sale about how to spam on Facebook. Facebook is built on a house of cards. There is no foundation.

Following links on Facebook fan pages can send innocent people to third-party scam sites that are earning $200m every year, according to calculations by a team of Italian security researchers who have investigated hundreds of thousands of posts on the social network: "The spam posters get paid an average of $13 per post, for pages that have around 30,000 fans, up to an average of $58 to post on pages with more than 100,000 fans.”

Let's look at the risks of using Facebook. Users upload massive amounts of personal data to the network, usually with total disregard to any privacy concerns. Images, location data, credit cards, chat records, purchasing habits, interests, keyword searches, relationship data, and more - providing the Deep State with a complete profile of users.

But what is worse than being data mined is being manipulated by the Deep State into believing their Big Lies are True while also being misled into believing that those who were trying to tell you the truth are the Liars. This has created an upside down world similar to the New Speak used in the book 1984.

People think they are doing research when all that is happening is they are swimming in an ocean of lies while being force fed with a constant stream of propaganda.

Finally, people become addicted to Facebook thinking that the trolls and bots feeding them lies are actually their “Friends.” Facebook is a form of Information Slavery that can be extremely difficult to break free from. Our goal with Freedica is to help you break free from this Facebook addiction.
